Fire on Campus

On Tuesday, November 25th, there was a major fire at the Jordanhill Campus. As far as we know there are no casualties.

However, the buildings containing the fencing gym have been completely destroyed. Along with all the equipment belonging to the club and the Night Class. This means that the Tuesday night Fencing Club and the associated Strathclyde University Night Class are now cancelled for the foreseeable future.

Spot the Changes

Now that we have returned to the Jordanhill hall, the challenge is on — to find out exactly what has been changed. (Much like the website then.)

So far, the following changes have been spotted:

  • They have build a big car park in front of the hall entrance (which is nice)
  • They have replaced all the broken light bulbs (hurray)
  • They have cleaned the floor

Keep looking everyone, I'm sure they must have done more...

... okay, the most recent change is that the whole building has burned to the ground. Not sure that was in the spirit of this competition — you weren't supposed to add your own changes.
